The Golden Super Cruise

Denver Mayor and Candidate for Governor John Hickenlooper will be attending the 4 September Cruise. He will be driving his restored taxicab. Also some of the Denver Roller Dolls will be at the Cruise too. To ease congestion, we are asking that Cruisers stay in the right hand lane when reasonable on South Golden Road and to courteously always give citizen cars the right of way. Please tell other Cruisers.

There are going to be some changes to the Cruise and they will be explained in writing here soon. In the meantime, we are starting an email newsletter. If you want to receive it, please click contact and tell us to put you on the list. Your email address will be safely stored offline and used only for this purpose.

There was a meeting with interested Cruisers on Tuesday, 17 August, about problems with and plans for the Cruise. There is a rumor that the meeting was called by the Police Department and that the Cruise is going to be cancelled. Both statements are entirely false. The people that start all these rumors are just trying to get attention by making others concerned. If it's not on this website, it is NOT the truth. Stevinson Chevrolet is hosting the Black Top Bash car show before every Super Cruise from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the corner of West Colfax and Indiana. It's free, Van Jeffries will be rocking as usual and awards will be given at 1:30 PM.
